A: No, non-members may also purchase education programs.

Q: How will CPE credits be handled?

A: It is up to each student to report CPE credits to (ISC)2.

Q: Can I purchase books and other hard-copy materials via The (ISC)2 Learning Center?

A: Due to the variability of shipping costs, that is not possible at this time.

Q: Will I receive a confirmation after purchasing a course via The (ISC)2 Learning Center?

A: Yes, all courses are configured to send an email confirmation.

Q: Do I have to log in to The (ISC)2 Learning Center to participate in a Live Online course?

A: Yes. All student materials reside within the course in The (ISC)2 Learning Center. The links to the live sessions, as well as session recordings and passwords will only be available within the course in The (ISC)2 Learning Center.

The CISSP Live Online course is fulfilled and managed through Approved Training Provider CyberVista.  CyberVista will provide access to all course materials through their proprietary Learning Management System.

Q: Do you provide Certificates of Completion?

A: Students can download a Certificate of Completion at the conclusion of the course. The certificate can be downloaded from inside the course or by clicking on the "My Account" link > "My Activities" tab.

Q: Do you provide transcripts?

A: The (ISC)2 Learning Center will contain a printable transcript of all courses taken by a student. It is available by clicking on the "My Account" link > "My Activities" tab.
